I was the man

My story — short version

Seven years lost to a weed addiction. Partying to fill the void, drinking, eating like shit, no standards for my body, my health or my life. I was angry, frustrated and hated who I’d become — trying to build a future on top of an identity that was never going to get me there.

I thought I had a discipline problem. I didn’t. I had an identity problem. Every escape, every time I fell off, my subconscious was just staying loyal to who it thought I was.

When I rewired that — at the root, using NLP and nervous system work — everything followed. The body, the focus, the business, the life. I’m not here to motivate you. I’m here because I was you, and I know the exact way out.

Why nothing has worked

Ask yourself why the surface fixes never hold:

Why does the man with the dream physique still flinch when a woman holds eye contact?
Why can a man build a six-figure business and still feel like a fraud waiting to be found out?
Why do you start strong every time, then quietly disappear three weeks in?
Why does the thing you use to escape slowly become the thing you call yourself?
Why do you know exactly what to do — and still don’t do it?

Every one of these is the same problem. Not a strategy problem. Not a knowledge problem. A self-image problem.

You cannot out-perform how you see yourself. You will always drift back to the standards you grew up with and quietly set for yourself. Ask the real question:

“How do I expect to make $10k/month when, internally, I don’t believe I can?

“How do I expect to get into elite shape when, underneath, I don’t believe I’m worthy of love anyway?

That’s the identity problem. And it’s exactly what I changed in myself. I stopped operating from the old standards — the belief I’d never amount to anything, the poor shape, the smoking I genuinely thought I could never quit. For years, weed wasn’t a habit. It had become my identity.

You don’t outgrow your life by working harder. You outgrow it by changing who you believe you are — first.

The life you want needs a new identity — with completely new standards for your physique · income · social life · health · performance · thinking. Change the standards underneath, and the life on top has no choice but to follow.
